About
With a background in architecture, I honed my skills in observational research and human-centered design, shaping spaces around people’s needs. Transitioning into the tech industry, I worked as a User Researcher at a startup, where I gained hands-on experience in lean UX and agile methodologies. My passion for understanding users led me to product and service design, where I blend new emerging technologies and design thinking to create meaningful digital end-to-end experiences.
Growing up with deaf parents has given me a unique perspective on accessibility and inclusive design. Sign language as my first language, shaped the way I perceive communication, interaction, and the diverse ways people engage with the world.
